he actually just seems concerned about the horse and asking if there's a problem since the horse is being a pill and rolling it's bit. he didn't seem that 'wierd' to me.

A lot of people go through there and talk to the horses . When I had my horses I talk to them all the time. People talk to to their dog , cat , birds ect. He looked rough around the edges maybe some off but nothing to put him down about

I was looking at the bit, it seemed that it was pulling on the horses mouth. It seemed the man had the same concerns, so he wasn't 'well dressed' he seemed polite and no threat The KZbinrs like to make ' headlines' so you will watch their video, I didn't consider that man 'weird' at all.

@@jillp3761 All the horses do that with their bits; some more than others. They are just being impatient and acting out. These are expensive, precious horses and no one would do anything to make them suffer. The bits are fine. Yes, the man was just showing his concern; unaware that the guard is not allowed to talk.
