The police officers were definitely watching her but, they are also aware that people from that region spook very easily by police & are trained how to handle those situations. Although, in this day & age of terrorism, she very easily could have had an IED in her bag. Thank God 🙏 the situation didn’t turn into anything.

If you watch again, you'll see that at least one of those Officers is checking on her - she's not committing any Offence so they don't need to intervene. It's also possible that she's "known" for doing this at "Royal" premises. There are people out there who will deliberately do stuff to get a reaction, which they then film to put on social media, suitably edited, of course.

Honestly I'm the kind of person that would have approached her to ask if she could give me directions of something innocuous just to see her reaction. Is she waiting for someone? waiting for instructions via ear piece? Is she staying in a public place to avoid someone who has threatened her? No telling but you don't get a feel for something going on unless you ask. And the police would most certainly frighten her.

Then the way She took off at a fast pace, it was almost like the situation changed and she took off abruptly, as though she was trying to get way from who ever it was. Very strange. She was asked if she was okay, she looked up briefly at him but she wouldn't answer. Help for her was there if she needed it and she knew it but decided to move and not ask for Since she would not ask for help they just monitored her. If that were to hqppen in the US, an adult who refuses aid cannot be forced to accept help. As she had no obvious wounds and could ambulate on her own she could go as she wished. I'm gonna check some areas to see if anyone knows or learned of anything else. I learned though the police there are the ones to respond to such occurances, not the guard. You can see the police in the vid are keeping an eye on her.

On weird film, that woman was wearing a winter coat all closed up, acting strange, then that woman does her weird act at the gates until that blonde guy comes along and she moves off fast...then in same film everyones wearing tee shirts etc...was this two different films made into one? If it was one continuous , then the guards ought to have had someone following her around. It was definitely weird but it also called for someone to ask her if she was ok when she stood there gripping the bars. I think that lady hanging round the guards was up to something very suspicious and her bag had something heavy in it you could tell when she pulled it back on her arm. I seen her in another Viedo standing in front of chipsman they were having guard change and she just stood there officers had to tell her to move. Poor poor little woman - how can everyone literally ignore her ..... wish I had been there.....I would've HAD to ask her if she was okay and could I help her ....... Gonna haunt me now - she looks as if she's the one being haunted....... Bless her, whatever her situation 😞 xxxs

Total disbelief that the police just ignored her - so so sooooo obvious that she's practically screaming out for some sort of help ..... can't believe how everyone is conveniently 'by passing ' her.....she looks such a desperate lost soul to me......xxs

You can ride off road vehicles on public roads which means there are tons of Young teenagers driving vehicles with all traffic. And public intoxicated. All of this is guaranteed prison time in the usa.

Something very strange about that women wearing a winter coat, a yellow head scarf, standing still for quite a while staring at nothing then moving very fast out the back. Weird. What was that man ranting about at the end? Why do people feel entitled to start noisy mouthing off at Whitehall? He is not the first lately. Not the best place to air your complaints. You will not be taken seriously. No one cares..the police may ask you to move on.

@@janethollman7894 I guess the warning sign hanging next to the horses meant nothing to him. Ignorance of the English languish.. or trusting a horse to not be a horse that will bite or become unpredictable..how can that be remedied? A warning in big letters in place. Even dogs can be unpredictable.. if you don’t know them don’t touch them. Don’t cry if they bite. I’m surprised more aren’t bitten by the horses. Even if others are foolish enough to try it. They are working horses not a petty zoo.

It surprised me no one asked if she was okay. She seemed scared but not quite right either. I have seen many of these videos never seen her before. She looks so thin. Poor thing hope she is okay.

Do horses not bite in other countries and isnt there a big enough sign saying that the horses may kick and bite. Some folk make me laugh

Horses do bite in other countries. The problem is not all countries have horses. A lot of those people have never seen a horse before. Yes they have signs about kicking and biting, In English, which is a language he was not speaking so the sign probably looked to him like a 2 year olds first attemp at writing.

She could have easily been a suicide bomber for all the NOT checking the police did. When she walked away, she walked away purposefully, not like she was lost or scared. Very odd.

The lady was watching all that was going on seamsto be praying? If you noice when she let she was walking at agood paces I think she was just her to see what wasgoing on and the guard were aware of her by radio
