Fun fact: when shooting competitively, most shooters won't hold their breath for longer than 5 seconds. After that point, your vision isn't at 100% peak performance, so it's best to breathe for another 15 seconds or so and go again. It's mostly important when using iron sights, but still a thing.

One thing I always found funny about scavenger is your enemy probably has the complete opposite equipment than you such primary weapon, sidearm, lethal equipment and tactical equipment and is very could be chambered in different ammunition hence he has different ammunition load out than you. But regardless you walk up to his little tactical fanny pack and have your ammo and nades replenished.

I'd like to give a little bit of feedback on the holding breath one! When 'holding your breath' you shoot a bit more accurate, but the real point is to push out all the air in your lungs, and hold that while aiming. I agree that 4 seconds is still short, but I'm sure you can't hold that for 30 seconds either :p
