Everything happens for a reason. Although a major breakdown while out of town is stressful and inconvenient it could be those ride guardian angles looking out for you and even the rest of the group preventing something far more serious and catastrophic! Glad it all worked out. A bike down is far better than a rider down.👍👍 It's a "first" world problem. All about perspective. Ride safe , ride often and keep motovlogging!

@@glencross2738 there are great rides all over New Hampshire, Rte 12 and 12A that follow the Connecticut river on the NH Side (border with Vermont) the Lake Sunapee area, and up in the mountains the notches and the north country, or my Home the Seacoast, you've never seen a more beautiful ride than 1A from Seabrook NH to Portsmouth with a detour thru 1B and new castle Island, and if the 18 miles of NH Coast isn't Enough, cross Portsmouth Harbor on one of 3 bridges into Maine and take 103 out of Kittery to York and after long sands stop at the light house, then into short sands and york beach village, then Shore Road to Ogunquit Me, over to Rte 1 and up to Arundel and one of the most famous Biker bars in the North East Bentley's . if you do the Coast up here it's wiser to do it BEFORE Memorial Day or After Labor Day or the Traffic can be murder at the beaches.

Hey John, glad everything worked out and thanks for another great video. The hospitality at bike week is second to none! There is a Laconia Bike week Facebook group you should join. There was a guy on the group that offered his garage and tools a mile from Weirs Beach for anyone that broke down and needed somewhere to fix their bike. He even offered to trailer your bike to his garage. Glad your buddy’s stuck around with you while SilverBack was down. Look forward to your next video of Mt. Washington!

Just watched your videos from Laconia bike week 2021..freaking awesome!! Glad you got your bike running too. I've been going to the White Mountains of NH , since I was a kid and it is amazing. I have been going to Laconia Bike Week for a few yrs now also, absolutely love it. Keep up the great work and ride safe 🤘🏻

John don't feel bad I missed my Saturday ride due to a $1.89 faulty valve stem. Back on the rode did a six hour ride on Sunday with my crew great time was had by all. We were down at the speedway on Sunday. Sorry we missed you guys. Hope you enjoyed the rides roads and scenery up here in NH!

Steve Chamberlin had the exact same thing happen to his rekluse clutch and he is the reason rekluse made the new clips. Check out Steves channel, he talks about the same problem.

Bad luck turn into good luck. I know Chris Waddell and he is the best. Logan knows his stuff for sure. What is the likelihood that the only mobile shop would have a Rekluse clutch in stock to do your repair? Chris stocks entire engines. He is in it, to win it. You did good, my friend. The Mt Washington ride was great as well.

I received the upgraded basket sleeves from Rekluse today, removed my primary cover and as soon as I did I saw two of the sleeves bent, both ended up with the tabs broken off on the bottom of the primary case. Glad I did this for sure.

My 2018 RGS did exactly the same thing when one week old. It was a clutch slave cylinder, they was on back order at the time, my dealer stripped a brand new bike for the part to get me back on the road.

My friggin luck you were there Saturday I was there Sunday, after a ride from Mt Washington Auto Road. Big John that’s my dealer brother, Bought my 2017 Road Glide Ultra there. Great people there. One of the things you need to watch out for in NH is that there winters can be brutal. So, what happens sometimes they have buckling in the road pavement. If you hit on unexpectedly on a motorcycle, you will have a great surprised on controlling the bike.

John, NH bike week is on my list. However, I will be attending Sturgis for the 3rd time and 3rd yr in a row! The Black Hills of SD has some beautiful riding that i gotta see every year and I ride my Road Glide S some 1700 plus miles to get there! Thats what I like about your channel. @@CYCLEFANATIX I swapped emails with Rekluse support. I have the RMS 285, the RMS 285 H has the upgraded sleeves. They are going to send me the upgraded sleeves at no cost. Of course I will have to remove the clutch again to replace them but since I have a 6000 mile trip planned in September I don’t want to take any chances.

You young guys always have to install hot rod parts. I've been touring over 50 + years only time I had issues was when I had work done on an evo in the 80s. Fast yeah reliable NO. After that experience I only rode stock bikes when I went cross country and I have been to almost every major event from everything from a H-D, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, BMW'S and Indian heck even took a Laverda to Laconia
