Weissbier battle. Patronus v Franziskaner.

A vigorous swirl to get all that sludgy yeasty goodness out from the bottom of the bottle into the glass makes a hell of a difference for weissbiers Jake. I find that improves the taste even further. Not tried a Patronus before. I might give one a try even tho you say its a bit thin and mouthfeel is king for me in weisbeirs. You cant go wrong with a Fraziskaner. Even at £2 it's good value. As Weisbeirs go tho, Paulaner and Weihenstephaner probably edge it for me. Cheers Jake. Keep it up butty! 👍
