I wish I had the recipe for the Tom and Jerry cheesecake. I don’t know what half the ingredients going in. I know the basics ie butter and sugar and eggs, but no clues as to other ingredients. They look delicious. I’d love to try it, but flying to Korea from the U.K. for a cake is a bit extreme. I wonder if they do anything with the offcuts?

Great to watch the efficiency, it's mesmerizing, however the food waste is very inefficient.
I really enjoyed watching this video. The employees really put in a productive days work. I do have a question though; around time stamp 28:25 you put the different color cakes through the cutting machine & then I noticed the tops, bottoms and rings are taken off & thrown into what looks like a garbage can. Do these scraps of cake that are discarded into the bins used or are they thrown out ? They would be perfect for making cake-pops. I don't know if that is popular in your country, but they are here in American culture and they are quite easy to make. Crumbled cake & frosting mixed & chilled, rolled into balls, add a stick & a coating. They sell in the United States from $1.00 to $3.50. Each. I estimate the scraps from each cake could make 9 to 12 pops. That is an average of $30. for the scraps of each (1) cake that is thrown away. Of course, deduct the frosting costs, and you still will make a profit, and food is not discarded or wasted!

They are probably using the scraps as food for animals or something like that. The trash can used looks like it’s only the scraps that go in there, so my guess is that the scraps have a dedicated purpose other than just waste.
Please say what each ingredient is. That would really help to understand what they are doing. Thank you.
