Hello is fraud - identify theft?
@LawSessions2 жыл бұрын
Hi Tony. Identity Theft can amount to fraud, but fraud is not necessarily identity theft alone. Hope that's helpful.

Hi Jennifer, I am at college currently (UK) and would like to study law at university. I have two questions if you wouldn’t mind answering. Firstly, is it sensible to do work and reading on LLB law before actually attending university? I’ve started on contract law and your videos have helped further my studies. Secondly, do you know if Oxford or Cambridge is the better university to study law? Your videos are so helpful! 💜

Hi Dillon, Glad you love the videos. Question 1: It will definitely help to get an idea of the subject area before going to Uni but this is neither mandatory nor required, but at least by having an understanding you will have a head start. Question 2: I honestly cannot say. I attended Leicester which was in the top 10 for LLBs at the time I attended. You really have to choose an institution which you feel best offers what YOU are looking for in respect of social, educational, resources, support and 'prestige'. As it relates to 'prestige' though, given that you have lists nowadays for example the Times best list which sets out performance, I think that the old fashioned focus on Oxbridge is over rated, but that's just my personal opinion. There are really strong and excellent universities in the North, with great quality of life, etc. But it really is a personal choice.
