Hello! Let me take 30 minutes of your time to guide you through this easy craft tutorial!
Please excuse the fast forwarding...had to shorten the video & I hope the sound is ok...seemed to test ok on my end. (limited to my iPad to do these videos)-not to mention I'm a crafter just trying to share some ideas with the tools I have at hand.

Supplies Required
-rubbing alcohol to clean surface & paper towels
-floor tile, I choose ones that have an interesting soft pattern that can be used as a background. (Lowes, Home Hardware any building supply store)
-Enamel Craft Paints (look for multi surface, I get mine at Micheals)
-small detail paint brush
-Glass & Ceramic Paint Markers (Wan Shui 12pk found on Amazon) Optional
-Spray clear sealant (Rust-oleum Painters Touch ultra cover 2x gloss clear found at Lowes)
-spray bottle with water & a cup of water
-Dremel & bit to drill through the tile
(if you don't have this tool you can glue a hanger with a ceramic bond type glue instead)
-chunk of wood if drilling through the tile
-twine (dollar store)
-safety googles when your drilling

Lowes - building supply store. Any place that sells floor or wall tiles will do. Assortment selection will differ. Try and choose ones that are not just white or a solid colour. I look for those rustic type looking ones.
