The lyrics of the Toyland song honestly unnerve me, notably the idea of never being able to leave when you arrive. I don’t know about anyone else, but as fun as Toyland sounds, I was definitely the kind of kid who would eventually want to see my parents again and most likely get overstimulated by the Toyland environment. Though most kids might be okay with this for all I know, I’m neurodivergent (same as a lot of Welcome Home’s characters) and it definitely made me a weird child (and currently a weird adult). Speaking of being neurodivergent, I have an idea of why everything got louder for a second before Eddie started having visions. I think he was overstimulated, it’s something that unfortunately happens to me and to other people with similar conditions and it makes life way more uncomfortable than it has to be. I feel like Eddie wasn’t mad about the single pea on a plate (the other guests probably ate theirs since they were there earlier, or there could have been a plate for each pea), but was just overwhelmed by the party. I feel like the visions could’ve possibly happened because Eddie was unhappy when he “wasn’t supposed to be”, and Home was punishing him for it. And I can’t wait for the commercial analysis video. I might be overthinking this, but something seems very off. What the actual heck was happening in that Santa commercial (I’m sure you all know which one I’m talking about)!?

I agree Toyland wouldn't be so wonderful if you never left. I love/loved toys as a kid and I'd still want to see my family after a while. And Wally definitely added a dark twist to the song with his delivery. I find his singing/speech patterns to be quite hypnotizing at times. But we're all a little weird here ☺️😉 you're in a safe space! I appreciate you sharing your perspective I can definitely see that. What about the party do you think overstimulated him if you had to guess? Girl yes those commercials are very off even for Welcome Home standards 🤣😂😵‍💫 BUT we'll get to the bottom of it! ☝️🤓

@@HoneyHoops22 I know we’re all weird here, I mostly said “weird” because I don’t know if most neurotypical children would be unnerved by the idea of never leaving Toyland or not. And I think the reason Eddie got overstimulated at the party was simply because it was just a very noisy and bright environment. Note that the volume got noticeably louder before Eddie started getting visions. As a person who struggles with sensory issues, I could immediately tell that was probably what was happening.

Why does Poppy's house now have a weathervane...#JusticeForEddieDear everybody STILL hug this mailman because it's almost been two months since he went through that unnecessary trauma. Also, I think a former worker for Playfellow works for the Restoration Team but has not revealed their former occupation so they can try and keep all bad things that went on in the studio a secret so, you know, they don't get in trouble.

I hope so too, Eddie did nothing to deserve this trauma(and Home did nothing to alert the others that Eddie was having a breakdown and instead Sally and Frank just happened to walk by him to talk, or it was Frank who had to put on another "act" in front of his friends so he could get close to his husband without anybody being wise to their secret relationship, if they were at this point by Homewarming) OOh nice that you think there's a former Playfellow employee working with the Restoration team too! We must have the same kind of humor because that's exactly what was going through my head when I edited it. 😂🤣🤣 And I agree pink is such a gentle color. I feel like it best represents a soft and sweet kind of love. While red is an intense and passionate kind of love. Like 💗 vs ❤️‍🔥 Doesn't it! They were dropping clues!! And I'm not sure if you remember, but there was artwork of Wally and Barnaby, but Barnaby's head was missing. I'm wondering will this come back too. And I'm starting to think maybe when the characters snap they do something to "reboot" them.

@HoneyHoops22 Oh yeah I remember the Headless Barnaby image And gentle sweet love has always been my type, it's Passionate and Caring, Comforting, Intense Passion, hey If people like that it's ok, I've never found Intense Passion love nice at all, all the Romantic gestures: Playing Instruments, Singing, Dancing, Suprise gifts, being Public about a Relationship {Kissing, Handholding, Hugging} I have a... Strange and Unique kind of love I guess, where I want it admitly Strictly Private {Like keep it away from Friends and Family} and at a Wedding not Invite my Family, only have a Handful of Friends, No Vows, no Priest, no _"You may now kiss the bride"_ no Religion, no after Wedding event, no _"Congratulations to the happy couple"_ no kids, Just a nice: Comforting, Caring, Gentle, loving relationship for me a Trans Lesbian {Unable to Transition due to my Situation...} I'm Trapped and have no Control of my life, I'm treated like a Child when I'm literally 20 Anyway sorry for my rant there, I've justcalways found Intense Passionate love as Creepy and Violating to me... I agree, we might have a similar sense of humour

@MollyDollyy Wanting a private relationship is completely understandable. At the end of the day, it's just about you and your partner. Having a public relationship introduces the opinions of others, and that can be a lot. And gentle love is a peaceful and beautiful thing. And you don't have to apologize, I don't mind! You're just frustrated, and sometimes you just need to get it out. I completely understand the frustration of living at home as a young adult before I moved out. But I can assure you things will get better. I'm sure you're an amazing person with a bright future, so you just have to remind yourself that this is temporary and keep pushing towards independence. Even if it's baby steps. You can do it and your time will come, I promise! 🤞🏽🤎✨️
