ASL artist Brandon Kazen-Maddox welcomes ALL to attend the 2024 Harvard Arts Medal Ceremony on Wednesday, April 24 at 5:00pm EDT, honoring Kevin Young '92, a prize-winning poet and Director of the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture. The ceremony includes student artists sharing their poetry, jazz and gospel music. Brandon Kazen-Maddox provides live ASL interpretation on site.
This event is free and open to the public at Lowell Lecture Hall. HarvardArts KZbin channel will also host a livestream, including live captioning and a camera view of ASL interpretation by Kazen-Maddox.
