Exactly,way more live training and less chatter than most channels outside the B-Team Channel . Love the Sauna part (don't have a cold plunge),the dry sauna (175-185 degrees for 15-20 min per session) has helped me continue training regularly as well at a young 53 years of age.

Justin. I just recently seen Max being your protege. Quick story if you’re unaware I’m from Chicago born and raised where me and max went to high school. He went to lane I went to St Pats. I grew up with 2 twins who were top 1/2 in the state for wrestling and ended up wrestling at Minnesota. Max ended up throwing one of them, he’s posted a clip of it on KZbin. Word about this first year wrestler/Judo kid throwing top ranked wrestlers started being talked about everywhere. 17 years later I see you and Max rolling 2 days ago. So cool to see after all these years.
