I have a '72 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow that has the same type of carbs. I don't see an air filter. Hope your not traveling without one. Can't tell by the photo but the audio sounds like a four cylinder connected to a three speed manual transmission. The first gear appears to be geared high. If so, don't let anybody talk you into entering it into a parade or your will have to ride your clutch. I have a '67 Mustang with a three speed and I have to reject offers in using it in parades.

This model Morgan (plus 4) never came with air filters. It has too large of a engine in a small car to have air filters. You can get the smaller engine with air filters. The English use to think nothing about running a car with no air filters and there are a lot of vintage Morgans still out and about.
