I love ciabatta toasted, with butter and jam as well! I changed my breakfast in the last 6 months or so. In a jar with a lid, Overnight organic rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, tiny pinch of salt, mixed well add whatever type of milk you enjoy. Cover and refrigerate. In the morning I just add frozen or fresh fruit. I don’t even add any sugar at all. My fruit is sweet enough for me. So easy. I still LOVE toast with butter and jam. Now, I might have toast 1 or 2 times a week. ✅👍❤️
