As an unmarried Black woman from Chicago, I find this absolutely absurd. Beautiful Black men hanging out on the block at night when they should be home eating dinner with their wife, helping their children with their homework or as a single man simply preparing for his future. I understand that its what some of us experienced. The hand we were dealt. But at a certain age that foolishness goes out the window. Smart brothers wasting time. The application of knowledge is power.

If u got a problem don't watch it, And maybe if alot of these 304'$,thots etc act and live life as mature women then maybe we can have some peace to go home to instead of boss independent hot girl summers and nem

...yes indeed, even tho I didn't grow up there, I was raised in ida b wells, majority of the people I hung with I found out are either dead or in jail. My parents made sure I went to the best schools, and never wanted for anything. If we were struggling, I had no idea, they made sure I didn't know it or suffer, never missed a meal, I was very well taken care of all while living in the projects. Grew up and doing pretty well for myself.

As a Black woman and Chicagoan, this makes me embarrassed and ashamed. I'm a south sider who is a product of my environment: college educated, family oriented, giving and thriving. These are CHOICES that people make, THEY DO NOT REPRESENT THE REAL PEOPLE OF CHICAGO! Chicago is still 1 of the most beautiful cities in the country. These guys live within a4 block radius and have never left their neighborhood. They're making a CHOICE.

To anyone who's watching this video this place Cabrini Green was torn down years ago these are row houses. These guys grew up with your grandmothers these row houses were for the old ladies and all the old people who live in the Cabrini Green before they were torn down. This section is located amongst one of the richest areas in Chicago, which is downtown Chicago there are million condos in this area. Don't believe the hype. This is not the Cabrini Green of old.

Thank you lol. This is the farthest thing from “hood” in Chicago😂 it’s been decades since that was a BAD area. It’s astonishing to me that these grown men would rather glorify and continue to hold onto such a grim past rather than move forward from that dark time in history. Be proud where you came from 100% but the real glory and pride lies ahead, not behind you.

Having the urge to leave and being able to actually mobilize yourself to leave are 2 diff things. There’s a level of trauma that you acquire from living in a place like this. I would say a person who has witnessed a single murder or rape…it would be enough to send them over the edge. Now imagine years, decades of witnessing repeated murder, rape, assault, etc…you can’t just nestle yourself into society and get yourself “together” after that. Most of them acquired charges before they were old enough to understand the magnitude of said charges, most of them acquired trauma generations before they were even born.

THE ANGEL SAID "THIS MAY BE THE EXTINCTION OF THE HUMAN RACE WE ONLY HAVE ENOUGH FOOD AND WATER FOR THREE DAYS" I ASKED "what year is it? THE ANGEL REPLIED "2030" I CAN GUARANTEE YOU ALL IN THIS COMING BATTLE THAT YOU WILL ALL LIVE FOREVER. YES THERE IS HELL AND THERE IS HEAVEN...THOSE WORLDS ARE IN FRONT OF YOU AT HIGHEST FREQUENCY AND LOWEST FREQUENCY OF VIBRATION MATTER.. AS A RADIO TUNES INTO CHANNELS SO DOES ONE'S SPIRIT. AS RUBICS CUBES WITHIN EACH OTHER. WHEN ONE'S SPIRIT LEAVES IT OPENS TUBE THROUGH DIMENSIONS AND REASSEMBLES YOU A NEW DUPLICATE PHYSICAL BODY TO EITHER HELL OR PARADISE. YOU MAKE YOUR OWN TICKET. BY YOUR VIBRATION OF GOOD OR EVIL. YET I CALL ON ALL OF YOU TO HAVE A TRUCE WITH ALL GANGS. JUST GET A MAP AND AGREE ON BOUNDARIES.. RIGHT NOW IN THE SKIES YOU SEE LONG TRAILS AND SHORT TRAILS FROM PLANES. THOSE LONG TRAILS THAT LINGER ARE POISION SPRAYED ON YOU FROM YOUR OWN GOVERNMENT. GOOGLE "HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES GEOENGINEERING HEARINGS 2" AND YOU WILL HAVE THEIR EVIL PROOF. THERE IS NO MORE RACISM- SINCE WHEN HAVE YOU SEEN ANY? ON TV? THE MEDIA IS CONTROLLED BY THE GOVERNMENT...MEXICANS BLACK WHITES ARE ALL BROTHERS NOW IN THIS NEW ARMY OF GOD. DO WHAT YOU WILL I AM NOT ASKING YOU TO COME TO JESUS. EVEN HE SAID HE CAME FOR WAR. NOW IS THAT TIME GANGTERS. DONT BURN DOWN YOUR OWN CITY. DONT HURT OTHER CITIZENS, YOU KNOW WHO THE ENEMY IS. THE GOVERNMENT AND ALL GEOENGINEERING COMPANIES AND CHEMTRAIL PILOTS. ANOTHER MESSAGE WAS GIVEN ME FROM HEAVEN. DONT EAT THE FOOD FROM THE FREE MEAL PROGRAM. IT WILL BE POISONED. LOOK AT THE CHEERIOS INGREDIENTS LABEL. THE GOVERNMENT FDA APPROVED TRIPOTASSIUM PHOSPHATE which is PAINT REMOVER in the cheerios cereal and the list goes on and on. ORGANIZE AS AN ARMY. USE A CHURCH BELL TO RAISE YOUR NEW ARMY OF GOD. YES YOU SINNED BUT JESUS NEEDS YOU IN THIS BATTLE OF LIGHT AND DARKNESS. IT IS OK TO DIE FIGHTING EVIL WHEN THEY COME TO TAKE AWAY YOUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS MOMS AND DADS GRANDMAS AND GRAMPAS TO FEMA CAMPS. JESUS WILL SAY "WELL DONE WELCOME HOME" IF YOU WANT TO BE PERFECT ASK FORGIVENESS.... FOR YOU ALL LIVE.FOREVER IN HELL OR PARADISE.THIS HAS BEEN PROVEN IN SCIENCE...ITS TIME TO CHOOSE..... FIGHTING EVIL IS LIGHT AND YOU HAVE BEEN BORN INTO THE END OF THE WORLD. MAKE JESUS WELCOME YOU INTO PARADISE. AFTER ALL IN 6 YEARS MOST ALL OF US WILL BE GONE. WHY LIVE FOREVER IN HELL. I don't know how to feel about this video. The young man narrating the video seems to be pretty positive by showing the good things that take place there, and then there's the parts of the video where the men are truly saying some things that hold us back as a people. I only pray that the young people who see this video understand that people who inspire to be successful are not hanging in streets, drinking, smoking and talking shit. I grew up in the hoods of Washington DC, there was some good times there however the danger of my community was far more prevalent than the good times. Be careful.

I work in Old Town. Its crazy how as soon as you get out of there, its a whole different world. Expensive condos and executive buildings. Everything is changing quickly around there. I just hate how people from out of town go to Cabrini and Parkway like they're Jurassic Park exhibits these days. Not everybody that live in these places are bad, horrible people. I'm glad that it was older dudes talking and not a group of young dudes steady flashing their guns and looking over their shoulders every 10 seconds. These were actually the guys you wanna talk to. They've seen it all and now they wanna keep positivity flowing. Hopefully the guy that just got out of Statesville can move forward.

The saddest part about this whole scenario is the use of 'in the trenches'. A year in the trenches for real would make men of these gangsters. While so many of these videos show how the newer generations are trying to improve the area and themselves, the perspective of these was just depressing, not negative, but full of hopelessness. In 10 years, they'll be standing in the same spot saying the same things. They don't look willing to learn so they'll never change! And somehow they think they are 'winning the game!'

Nobody pulling out guns on camera and spreading negativity, and especially when the OG made it be known that no one is born violent and natuarally evil, it comes from hollyweird through music and movies where they can basically cast spells on the young and weak minded to carry out their agendas, that's how you control something or someone from a distance, REMOTE CONTROL!
