Used primarily for storage, the 3rd floor could be easily converted to additional living space and has its own exterior entrance.
The Game Room (known to the family as the “Pool House” because of the leather pocket pool table) is perfect for gamesmanship among family, friends, and guests. Separate recreational buildings of this type are a common feature of the Adirondack great camp style. Included in the
Game Room are the pool table, a shuffleboard table, darts, a bar and bar back with refrigerator, popcorn machine, high top pub table and chairs, and some great taxidermy to put the final accent on this fun-tastic room.

future purpose. The expansive dock system provides plenty of extra boat parking for large lake gatherings at Cliffview. On a more simple level, find your special place on the dock for your morning coffee and take in the sights and sounds of the morning mist and calling loons. Enjoy
