I loved how everyone was greeted at camp! I would go to this camp just so that I could have people chant my name. I would be one of those parents who would say goodbye to their kid at camp and then hop in the car to cry. Asa and Pricilla are SOOOO strong! I hope Abbie has a GREAAAT time at camp (pictures of her in the swimming pool indicate so) AND Mom and Dad have some much needed time for themselves. Love your guys' channel! Keep up the good work!

I can only imagine how much buddies feel like they need to master in such a short period of time in order for their camper to have the best time. What amazing people they are! No wonder packing like that is such a relief, they already have so much to remember, not having to think about 'wait which shirt went with those pants?' or even just one less choice to make must be a huge blessing.

i love it at about 7:10 when Pricilla has opened the back door for Abbie & Pricilla & Asa are standing there waiting for Abbie to get in the vehicle & at about 7:20 Abbie closes the back door & at about 7:30 Abbie gets help opening the front door of the vehicle as if to say to her parents ain’t no way in heck i’m riding in the back on the way to camp lol 😂😂😂😂😂

We had a timeshare on Islamorada for many years….. I love the keys and Key West is beautiful…. I miss going there….. have a great trip! Be Safe!! ❤. Abbie certainly is pumped up for camp… I hope she has a great time!!

Dad and Mom, You can NEVER do too much for your kiddos!!! Packing, hugs, conversation, opportunities, it doesn't matter! God knew what He was doing when He gave Abbie to you guys! Your family has done so much for other families, handicap or not. God bless and keep you all!! I used to live in Homestead, Key Largo, Key West and ended with Big Pine Key. Pine deer are really cool! In Key Largo on the end of Transylvania Ave and Shoreland Dr there's an underwater hotel!

I go to camp sunny side is Iowa! I went the week of the 4th and they had fireworks. They also do 2 weekend a month friday-sunday respite (overnight) Not everyone has a 1:1 which makes it hard. I require a 2:1 due to very complex medical issues. Which makes it hard to go sometimes due to lack of staffing. When I do go I love it though!! One of my favorite camp counselors might start doing scl/respite with me!! When they chant for abbie it makes me so happy!!!

I am so glad you guy are going to Keywest I love Key West been there many time. I live in homestead It take about 3 hours. depending on the traffic. We went to Marathon a couple of week ends ago driving 5 to 10 miles an hour it took us 4 hours to get there. have fun be safe

I don't comment, have only done so once or twice, but I teared up when everyone was calling Abbie's name then sobbed as you were driving away. I can't believe how much Abbie has changed over the years. (I was a sub for a long time then left but realized I missed the channel so here I am again 😂) She's a very clever girl with a spicy side to her, and I love that. My family and I took a cruise in 2010, it was January, and we stopped in Key West. It was 37°F. I have a guide dog, and we were taking the little open trolley thing around the city, my friends and family were fighting over who was going to get to hold my dog, because she was warm and furry. Have fun.
