Yep. I call that the Lethal Arrow stun and dead. The first Lethal Arrow is done from stealth which stuns you and before you can do anything, the other Lethal Arrows land and you are dead. If you're a Sorc and use Defensive Rune, you're still dead before you can do anything. I think because multiple arrows are in the air before the first one lands.

Even in field and bgs I can’t cc break at least 35 percent of the time which is a lot when you’re dying to the game and not players

Have the developers worked on PvP interactions in Cyrodiil since around 2016?? The PvE interactions between Player and Environment are pretty spot-on... Since the developers at ZOS are responsible for that, I applaud them...

Can’t tell if troll or serious. This game has been broken in so many aspects for years and this recent patch was one nail in the coffin to this game. Maybe PvE does or doesn’t work, I wouldn’t know I don’t really ever PvE, but in PvP performance has never been so bad, balance has never been so shit and boring and the general flow of combat has never been so bad.
