In some fights with a lot of monsters I'll use "thrill of the hunt" in place of Rejuvenation for the temporary speed boost after killing a mob.

Jewels of Misrule are cheaper version of Smoked Bear Haunch if you need both recoveries

I like Bewitched Sugar Skulls for these kind of builds, the extra magicka/stamina can really come in handy for a lot of the harder fights.

Awesome video as always! Why would you choose magic damage script for banner bearer? Damage over time script doesn't buff heavy attacks and attro over all?

Damage over time only boosts the channeled part of the heavy attack. Magic boosts the entire HA and lots of other damage sources

What monster set would you suggest in the interim if I don't have Anthelmir farmed yet but have all the rest of the gear ready? With the skill layout where I don't need Mighty Chudan. Great build, thank you! I tried Iceheart but with any real amount of incoming damage the shield tends to go right off the rip and you get barely any damage from it.

I can't recommend anything other than Iceheart in that case, what you could also do is put the Light Armor set on body and then use Maelstrom staff on backbar with one piece Slimecraw

4:00 Wouldn't Bound Aegis also give you the 2% spell damage from Expert Mage, or am I missing some hidden interaction where it doesn't apply to BA specifically?

Yes, though you might want to switch from damage to mitigation over higher arcs. It wont be as good as "I live in magma armor" DK build but should be enough for arc 6-7 I think.

nothing about this works better on a Sorcerer than any other class. Necromancer and Arcanist are both better in every way.

He has non heavy atack builds too for similar content. He did it for fun. Also, he's extremely skilled and most of these harder dungeons people still wont be able to solo with these builds without haveing tons and tons of practise. It's a nice showcase though. Also, he has world record runs in almost every trial... of course he cant speed run these dungeons solo what a stupid comment.
