You can easily freeze the fresh salmon. I cut 1 to 2 person sizes and freeze these for future use.

Good choice on the salmon, I don't like the taste of Steelhead for some reason, Atlantic is much better to me, don't know why. (I get mine at Wal-Mart - skinless - not bad for Wally World!) Marshmallow FUN! LOL, Good times. P.S. if the kids aren't real fond of the salmon, try a little teriyaki sauce on it, it's a little bit sweet - but then a lemon/butter/garlic sauce is always a winner!

It looks like Lincoln is a fan of burning the marshmallows more than eating them! LOL There is a bit of fun watching it crust over in black. Lily made me laugh with her expressions with the black marshmallow when you asked if she wanted to eat it. UGGGHHH went her face. They're so grown up acting now. This Kindergarten year has been good for them. Even the boys seem more mature now. I hope you get to go to their graduation if they have one. Are you keeping sets of clothes at both houses? Makes sense if you are, less worry over leaving something behind in transition.

4:11 tip- NEVER thaw frozen fish in the vacuum sealed individual packaging they come in! Seems like that would be the way it’s supposed to be done, but it’s SO dangerous! Learned this the hard way. The bag probably will tell you the same. If not, google it!!!
