Welcome to Lumi’s story…..
Did you know that PTSD is the most common mental health disorder after depression?
That means that at any one time over 1.5 million Australians have PTSD and while not everyone who experiences trauma will develop PTSD, around 7% of Australians will suffer from PTSD at any given point.
As we highlight PTSD Awareness Day we would like to share with you a story about resilience and a very strong motivation to create positive change after trauma.
