guys i'm happy to answer general questions about what it was like studying at ewha but please don't ask me any specific questions about fees, applications, etc. as i simply don't know! i suggest emailing the ewha admissions team if you can't find the answer on their website

question, I'm really introverted, if I want to apply here in the future, do you think it's a pretty good place? Like people aren't too intense or anything? I know that sounds weird lol, I'm just really awkward and I'm trying to get better about it but it's difficult

@@sour.skittles I mean I guess it’d depend on your course. mine was a summer school programme so I only really interacted with international students. they were pretty similar to me culturally (ie western) so I didn’t find it to be anything out of the ordinary. the Americans were pretty extroverted. I think if you’re in a class full of Koreans, they’d probably be more reserved/introverted? either way it was pretty chill and everyone was nice

I loved the video🎀 i have a few questions 1. can we choose what room type we want when applying for dorms or they randomly give you any type? cz i have been seeing many vlogs of the e-house and i specifically like this one room. 2. what is the rent? 3. since i am a kpop fan and i hv a lot of merch and albums the storage is a little less for me. can i order a extra cupboard online? 4. is there a curfew? 5. are hair straightners allowed? 6. how long is a semester? bcz i just only want to stay in dorm for 3-4 months while i search for a personal one room outside campus thanks💛

@@cherriepark4196 hi! 1. yes but it’s first come first serve so if they run out of single rooms you either get placed in a double or you have to find somewhere off campus (you choose) 2. 680,000krw but only for 4 weeks 3. I don’t see why not 4. no 5. yeah 6. I don’t know I only stayed for the summer programme I hope that helps :)

is the dorm within the university or is it off-campus? and are there more foreign students? i'm interested in studying abroad, in south korea in particular, and im really curious :D

@@padnoos heyy so this dorm is on campus and was only about 10 min from my classes. there’s obviously a lot of actual Koreans at ewha but I was surprised at how many foreign students there were as well. even just in general I felt very comfortable as an obvious foreigner in Korea, I didn’t have any bad experiences other than the cult thing lol

And also please, I wish to know if you get a scholarship and u want to do a language program will the school cover for it or the student pays it himself

@@hana_neh08 I only stayed there for a month for a summer programme so I recommend looking into it yourself if you want to do a full course or year abroad 💓💓

@@vlries nope I’m a student at Lancaster university ! it was a summer school programme, anyone can sign up for it. defo worth looking into if you don’t have a study abroad component in your degree but you want to do so anyway

hi ! i did the international summer college programme so this might not the case during the regular academic semester, but the korean language class period was 3.30-6.00pm i think. the other subjects were either from 9.00-11.30 or 12.30 to 3.00 so there was no overlap between the normal classes and the language classes

i did a module on North Korean International Relations as i'm an IR major back home but i wish i took an afternoon class too, even though they weren't related to my degree !!
