After 7 years of living in Mumbai in hostels, PG, in apartments with roommates, flatmates etc… Barfee and I got our own place and we couldn’t be happier 🤍

Why would anyone spend so much decorating/renovating a rented apartment when it’s not even your own house you just gotta live there for a few years and move into another rather save all of that money and buy your own space I wouldn’t be spending a dime in a rented place cz i have heard landlords of Mumbai are very stingy and don’t care about maintaining their houses this building Runwal in Andheri is still a good building you don’t need to renovate at your own cost but renting spaces in Bandra like places have shittier houses and worst landlords that won’t spend a dime getting anything fixed all they wont is renters paying a bomb just cz it’s Bandra or town
