Love Tennessee. Coming out in early June to visit a number of cities, from Chattanooga to Nashville. Plan to retire there. Leaving California too. Too crazy here for me and this has been my home all my life.

Happy 400th young Hoag. It's pretty there around Lebanon but kinda flat. Like Oklahoma but with a lot more trees. I need me some Smokys in the background. When it comes to the pandemic, I look at it like a famous qoute from the movie Shawshank Redemption. "Get busy living or get busy dying". Maybe not dying literally but just your soul if you keep living in fear. Looks like you had fun, pal. Have a great day!

From one Californian who moved to Hendersonville (30 min north of downtown Nashville on Old Hickory Lake) it is great here in Middle Tennessee. People are nice, we got a great house for cheap and we bought a boat to enjoy the lake. Next time you come to Nashville, I would love to meet you. Love your videos. By the way, we know a handful of Californians who are moving here.

Hey 👋 Rob. That’s my home town “ Hendersonville,TN” I grew up with all the country favs like Conway, Johnny Cash, Oak Ridge boys. etc.. It a beautiful area but , for me its getting to busy.. I just sold my place there and moved to East TN. Enjoy the beautiful lakes there and hope you have many happy years in your new home. . Welcome to Tennessee Living 😆👍

@@ajlang9668 Thanks AJ. I agreed that the Indian Lake area can get a bit jammed up over the weekends and Vietnam Vets is pretty busy as I drive my son to JPII. But overall, Hendersonville is great. We could have moved to anyplace in the USA and we chose here. That’s a nice testament to Hendersonville and it’s people. We did a lot of research over a two year period and Hendersonville rocked. By the way, I love the lake. Got my boat at Drakes Creek Marina and We have been using it for about a month now. I look forward to June, July and August when the weather warms up and the the crap flows over the dam. By the way, we have left our crap in CA. Don’t want any of that baggage and trash here. We are all about keeping Tennessee as it is.

My husband and I were in Nashville when it snowed. We were snowed in for days as there was no flights out. Not many people out. Bars closed at 5pm. It's crazy to see so many out enjoying the town! I'll be back there in June! See ya'll soon!

In the 60tys lived in Hermitage Hills Nashville when it was a new and upcoming subdivision. I remember my father taking me fishing at the Columbia River caught my first fish a perch.

We drove from Boston down to Maryville this weekend. The greenway was just as nice as you said. Had lunch at the blues club and went to look at some real estate in Maryville, Vonore and Lenoir. We didn't see anything with the private land for cheap though. I think the Califorians must have bought all the good stuff. Disc golf at Admiral Farragut park was nice though. Haven't had a chance to do that in years.

Lived in Nashville for 60 years. Too much traffic, too much crime, rent is crazy high and to buy a house is worse. Just bring plenty of money when you come here. Im glad I moved out

Which parent do tge girls get their soccer talents from? I was handpicked by age 6 at the kingsport,tn boys club by two Italian soccer coaches. We played all over the southeast in nashville and memphis,tennessee,in Raleigh,nc and in tucker,ga playing in big national tournaments from 70's through 1982 when I stopped playing soccer to kick in football plus playing on high school baseball and basketball teams at volunteer high school in church hill,tn.
