Yaar, "Munjya" toh ab tak ki sabse zaberdast horror-comedy film thi! Amar Kaushik ne toh kamaal kar diya, big screen pe aisa unique chiz lekar ke aaye. Movie mein toh bilkul alag hi CGI wale characters hain, aur background music bhi outstanding hai. Aisi awaaz toh maine pehle kabhi Hindi cinema mein nahin suni thi! Horror, comedy, acting, cinematography, sound design, sound mixing aur color correction - sab top-notch aur excellent tha! Aur yeh sirf technical cheezon ke baare mein nahin hai, film mein ek chhupa hua message bhi hai: pyaar ko zor se mat manao!

I think the film Munjya is knock of / BAD-Desi version of Harry Potter. I was watching this movie with my sister, in the middle of the movie she said to me why the heroine act so poorly like serial actress. And believe me she is 14 years old . She then told me that hero of this movie looked like Harry Potter That's when I found similarly between these two movies 1st Dumbledore-Dadima 2nd The Stick Thing 3rd The Soul Trapping Mark which is similar to Harry's forehead mark 4th The Tree Thing and there are other thing . Me and my sister were discussing which part, which shot or how they rip off other movies as well. Still we were discussing it days which is kinda amazing because Ive watched recent movies with my family but we don't talk about much after seeing the films. Kalki,Srikanta,Munjya and Stree 2 are exception.

Just got back from watching it, and wow, it's still ringing in my head. I don't know what the makers were thinking; the sound gave me a headache. I had to use my noise-canceling earbuds, and it was still unbearably loud. Even with the earbuds, it felt like a sonic assault. So, in a nutshell, don't watch it unless you're looking for a headache. Now, about the movie itself. The main cast did a pretty good job acting, and the premise, based on a folk tale from Maharashtra, had potential. But the execution was a flop. The movie is just flat-no highs, no lows, just a straight line. The climax was pathetic. The monster was so poorly done, it was unwatchable. It’s supposed to be a horror comedy, but it missed both marks. There were maybe three or four funny moments, tops. In short, spending money on this movie is a waste.
