Wiggins was never the issue. When Jimmy Butler ravaged that squad and called them soft, he later said Wiggins is the only dude on that team he fucked with cause he was the only one with work ethic. Hopefully they make Antman the no.1 option cause KAT has the reaction time & decision making of a sloth.

It’s crazy cause him coming out of College he was my 2nd favorite player behind Lebron automatically people use to think I was crazy for liking him so much lol. He underachieved in Minnesota but I think that was due to lack of Team player development & also Jimmy Butler coming stunting his growth as a player. The year before Jimmy came he averaged 24ppg. When Jimmy came it went down to 18. I honestly think he can be the 2nd option on GS before Klay for years to come. Glad to see him playing how I always knew he could. With limited shots still

It's a shame he was traded right away to Minnesota, I think if he had stayed on the Cavs with Lebron it would have helped with his development even though it was a good move by the Cavs. I don't know what to say about Minnesota. There has been way too much talent going through that team that they keep squandering. When are they going to have a good playoff run? I think if they don't get it together this season KAT will prob leave and I wouldn't blame him.

24ppg on terrible efficiency, had nothing to do with Butler. They had bad, coaching, leadership and lack of identity. Now Wiggins is in a GOOD system, excellent coaching and knows his role. Context matters.

Wiggins is fundamentally sound & always composed. Imagine if he always played with an edge. Klay had it 100% right : Dominique with a killer 3 ball! With that arsenal, Klay & Steph, Wiggins & Poole are assassins : that’s 100-120 points per outing with just those 4 players!

Poor Clarke. That was twice. 🤣 Wiggs showing people he was deserving of those votes as a starter All Star. I voted for him bec I saw his hustles, defense and offense during the reg season. Then people bashed him bec of that starting All Star position and after that he was lackluster thru end of the reg season. Was thinking he got depressed of the bashing 😁. Thanks the heavens he got over it during the playoffs and brought back that offense-defense hustles of him. Wiggs proved people he was deserving of that AllStar than Booker or CP3. 😁 Analysts kept saying when he plays they didnt notice him. BS. FANS noticed him. Otherwise he wont be a starting All Star. Why is he pissed off?? $150M/5 yrs or about $30M a year for a 2nd tier star productions. Timberwolves paid the kid like a superstar. Anyone who is pissed off is the team paying that ransom salary.
