Very similar to another you've shown us. I like this, mostly. I just have a hard time imagining a less inviting living room for, well, living in, or casual entertaining, like friends over to watch the game. The layout limits your furniture arrangement options. You could easily use the office as an informal family room, though. Love the rest of this, could happily move in. Thanks for bringing us another home more reasonably sized for us empty nesters.
