Happy new year and good luck with your channels! I'm very excited to hear about your rpg channel! I found and subbed to your channel when I played CK3 but more than that I'm an oldie rpg'r. Came into that hobby through BECMI and came back to old school games and the OSR a couple of years ago. Currently favoring the Dolmenwood game and setting. Symbaroum is very cool as well, though I've yet to play it. Happy to look into your AD&D content too. Warhammer Fantasy is less familar though it has certainly piqued my interest with its setting and genre.

Hey RBG, sorry I'm late to the party but I thought you'd wound the channel up a while back so never thought to check back. Nice to see you are back (I hope); looking forward to your next CK3 run. They dropped a new patch yesterday, which should be the last one for a while (the next big DLC, Roads to Power, is probably late summer or September). Would be awesome to see you do another TIP II run if you're heading back to CK3, as you could check out the new Legends and plagues stuff etc. All the best man.

Hi, hope u are well. I took a break from CK3 after my Robert the Bruce playthrough (which was insanely fun playing as a Duchy instead of a kingdom, brought a whole new level to the gameplay) & also because I'm on PS5 and Paradox essentially fired Lab42 who did the console port & brought on a new company going forward so I'm in wait & see mode right now as to the future of the game on console). Anyways rewatching GoT has inspired me to do a Steppe culture playthrough next as a break from Western Europe and because the Mongol empire aspect i hope will be very interesting!) Anyways I hope your channels and yourself are doing well.

It’s good to find a CK3 KZbinr who also cares more about the rpg side of things. I find myself getting immersed in the story and really playing as my character, no matter what game I play. Sure I won’t take over the entire world that way, but honestly spamming “declare war” for eight hours straight to paint the map isn’t too appealing to me. No hate to anyone who plays that way, but I’ve never found that way fun. I also have a hard time being a bad person in video games lol, makes me feel bad. Looking forward to whatever comes next!

When it comes to playing a game where you can craft a narrative that gets all of us invested, my vote is Stellaris. Would be a good contrast to the historical content. I have never actually seen or played Stellaris from a purer RP standpoint. Could be interesting

It’s certainly a different challenge vs CK3, but it can be done. Especially if you create all the different factions in the game.
