​@@BaylonWiresOldIron You should be able to find those headlight-rings in just about any junkyard. Just about any fifties or sixties era, GM junker should have them. Valve grinding compound will help you turn out those old retainer screws.

@@BaylonWiresOldIron -- Awesome!! Looking forward to it!! I do like old machines, engines, and trucks. I'm working on a Fairbanks Morse engine right now. Yesterday I pulled a huge amount of rats nest out of the water jacket, LOL. Took me 2 hours to get every nook and cranny cleaned out. Today I installed the rebuilt mag just to see if the engine would pop off using carb cleaner, and it did excellent. Now it's time for disassembly and paint. The fuel tank is another story though, but I'm making progress on it.

@@BaylonWiresOldIron , Not sure what happened to my explanation of how the circuitry works on the "DUAL HEADLIGHT" works. Looks like YT took it down⁉ Basically; the 2 inner lights are a single circuit and the outer lights are dual circuits. On "low" beam the outer lights use the main filament and on "HIGH" beam the main filament is off and the "High" beam only has power. (2 filaments, 3 prongs, 2 circuits). The inner lights have 1 circuit, 2 prongs and are lit on "High Beam" only. That "Dimmer switch" changes the circuitry (cuts the power to the outer lights low beams and powers the High Beam filaments only. This is done so the light don't overhead and burn out by running 2 filaments at the same time. The inner lights are on ONLY on High Beam.
