Don't build in the city just yet until you figure out where the meteors are landing first. If none of the meteors are ramming down in any parts of the city, where they don't usually hit at all, then you setup a base. If you a chart of where the meteors are going to hit let me know and I'll send it to you in Discord or somewhere else. I've been playing Extinction for some time and I know where to crash to where they don't.

Try genesis without the single player settings as a pre recorded video, if it doesn't work out it's up to you if you release the footage, then redo it with the setting on, and release that, ik its twice the effort but it's an idea

Doomy McDoomerson I totally agree. Have the episodes flip back and forth between the different characters, and brake up the different DLC’s into seasons. Of course they would have to add some more lore and other things to make it more interesting to viewers

You decided halfway through to include Genesis. I say it's okay for the rules to change as the situation changes. It's part of Ark's theme: survival. Having said that, you're a very skilled Ark player and I feel that whatever you decide is going to be pretty great. It's been quite a ride so far, this series.

i've been going at it solo so far for Genesis, it's definetly doable, very hard, but doable. But maybe just like for the king titan on Extinction (titans don't fight without a rider) i'd bring in one or two people for genesis maybe.

Honestly, you could invite someone in your genesis series. At least someone that helps you with missions and for the master control boss (maybe he leads the dinos against the corrupted avatars while you get the keys). Otherwise better if you use the single player settings. Personally I wouldn't complain. I'm doing a genesis series myself, solo, so I understand how hard it is :) I think that other people won't complain either ^^

Oh no. The boss on Genesis, even on Gamma, is incredibly difficult. It's set up to be done with others. It took me forever to beat the Gamma version alone. My mutated Tek Rexes have over 450k health. I took 18, a fully mutated Yuty, and a mutated Daeodon on Passive healing, and I failed four times before I was able to beat it. I had one rex left and he was 2-3 hits away from death. I had 14 seconds left as well. All of that was on Gamma difficulty in Genesis. I was so frustrated because I went through so many of my battle rexes and Yutys and Daeodons and I lost so much gear. Dinos die for no apparent reason in that arena, which is frustrating, and everything targets you specifically. You can't have rexes on neutral or Attack my target because they just go everywhere and leave you vulnerable. You can't put them on passive because they'll die. Alone is a nightmare. Yes, this is Singleplayer too, which you'd think would be easier. It isn't. I don't use cheats unless I absolutely have to, like say if I get stuck in a wall or something, so I do everything legit. I beat the Overseer on Alpha alone, I've beat Scortched Earth alone, I'm in the process of beating Aberration and Extinction by myself. The Genesis boss has been the hardest and the most frustrating thing to fight. (Sorry for the rant.)

Just end the ultimate ark series at extinction, this saga is the first season pass in ark anyways. Make another series for the genesis season but invite your friends so its not that difficult. Because the genesis boss is almost impossible to do alone even if you cheat, the time limit is what you need to be worry about

I wouldn't feel bad about using USS. Honestly everything you have accomplished is impressive but im sure no one here would argue that alot of the aspects of genesis would be too difficult to manage for just one person. That's my opinion anyway you keep doing you Syntac!

To every person who constantly pressures Syntac to do this series needs to lay off a bit. This series was really straining on him because he would spend hours on end collecting just hide for Rex saddles. Just for some saddles he isn't going to use now. That doesn't even go into the amount of time he put into getting really good Rexes and Allo mutations. Let Syntac enjoy his life as he pleases. It isn't fair to him. Love your vids Syntac. Keep up your hard work and dedication ❤️

I want a water wyvern or Aqua wyvern or Leviathan. I draw a model for it using the fire and poison wyverns body and it looks wicked, i also came up with abilities such water breath aka basically a manas breath but more watery and it slows not freeze, it can swim obviously and it has basically the animation of basilisk while slow swimming and more managarmr animation with wing "flaps" while fast swimming...its really cool

Wait, people skip through your vids? They are missing epic Syntac moments! I'm not sure singleplayer settings affect genesis, as missions dont seem to be any different from on servers. Meteors hit the city area but the sanctuary force field protects it from any damage from them. Only the wasteland has meteors hit the ground. Cant wait till ya get some gachas to make resources for you, element dust for days!

Genesis is possible solo, even the boss.. I just think it'd take longer than you've allowed yourself to do it. You have the mutated rex already, so most gamma missions will be a breeze, and beta should be doable.. except underwater, you will need time to breed and mutate dinos for some of those beta missions.. and alpha missions of most kinds will require even more mutations to solo. Then there's the gauntlets, that's a different story alone and on foot.

genesis is fun, but.... u cant do it solo... use singel settings or you will need gigas with 100+ muttations (ofc if solo), and with no exploits...
