Got this for google: Chinchillas do have a territorial range or "comfort zone" that extends a few feet out from their cage in the directions they can see, and by instinct they want to guard and defend that immediate territory. For this reason, DO NOT USE THE CAGE ROOM AS A PLAYROOM!

I dont know anything more than this, but if you haven't bonded them together yet, I suggest you do it away from Chichi's house because to chichi, Bun Bun is trespassing and will act aggressive (like in your clip) so if they still are iffy, I would suggest to create a little pen away from her cage and let them meet like that!
