I just got this recommended and I really like it, although I feel the original a little bit more. But.... since the measure seemed exactly the same like the original to me, I had nothing better to do as to turn on the original in another browser window and syncing both plays. there are two types of covers i like which is changing the perspective of the song to other gender or making the song have an entirely different vibe which this is definitely the latter and I love it. This song’s a difficult one to cover, since so much of the meaning and best parts of at least the first part of the song are so dependent on exact inflection and tone, but I think you did really well with this one! It sounds the same, but different, if that makes any sense.
