Do these “base” prices for the renown & stardom include lot premiums? These numbers are significantly higher than the base prices advertised on the Del Webb Sunbridge website. I’m seeing base $662,990. for the renown & $622,990. for the stardom in Sunbridge as of 01/24/24.
