My yearlong burnout, combined with three crummy incidents each day last week without break in between led to my second big breakdown. Even though individually they’d be nothing all that bad that I couldn’t have handled. Now I’ve had a day without event, but I just can’t calm down; even absolute nothings set me off to tears. The “dangers” had passed but I’m so mentally exhausted I trapped myself in distress mode. Happily though I have plans in place for my first vacation in 3 years, on Saturday. And next month I will be able to finally afford a therapy session. I just need to hold out until at least vacation , I know it will be the biggest help. But this video is just what I need to help me diffuse my pent-up turmoil to make it to next Saturday. Your timing is divine, thank you so so much.
