Guys, relax with the hardcore heart comments. I tried the map 3 times on hardcore and it crashed every time so I couldn’t play with it on. However, why would I die? I’m not built that way so don’t worry I stuck to hardcore rules! (Would you rather me cheat and use a hardcore heart texturepack?) P.S. The night vision is a mod so y’all can see at night. Beetroot is the best crop! It is edible so early no starving. It produces seeds for chickens and bone meal easy. It can be used to breed pigs also. The villagers can trade and eat it for breeding too, no more crafting bread. It does what all the other crops do combined with less steps. Hands down the most underrated crop. It's also red for a nice pop of color, compliments sweet berries nicely.

There is a way to make dirt, besides using gravel. You can turn moos into pozul, using the giant 2x2 spruce trees. After that, you should just be able to hoe it. I hope this helps

I farm dirt in my long time Skyblock world with an auto smooth stone generator. It creates a floor of stone for me, which I spread moss to and grow a 2x2 spruce tree, which converts the moss to podzol, which you can break for dirt. The only thing you need to farm to keep it going is bonemeal, which is super easy to get an unlimited supply of.
