Excellent video --as usual! Never had a problem with GMAW 'till I recently tried using .023/.024/.025/.6mm or whatever the hell you want to call it (everyone I talk to calls it something different). Me, I call it a PITA 'cause I just can't seem to set it right for the thin metal project I'm trying to do. I've got it down to 20 ga but I need just a scootch more at 22 ga to get 'er done and I'm just wasting gas at this point. I enjoy the videos nonetheless!

I take it "Bird Shit" is the Generic Term for a poor weld. Are there other Terms a Newbie Welder needs to know. 🤔😉 Old guy learning.... Very helpful! 👍

Must be able to differentiate between Types of "Bird Shit Welds" No need to be able to weld, it's all done by "A.I"

Thanks for the explanation on why too slow a travel speed leads to an undesirable weld. I never knew that.
