What setting should I put flux 125 welder for automotive body work?

That really depends on the thickness. I find the chart on the lid to be very accurate.

Been doing this for years... And when doing this with FluxCore, turn DOWN the voltage to lowest setting and max out your wire speed feed and burst for 1-2 seconds with the same pattern. It works.
