Thanks for the video. That is one awesome T-top. Love the post grip design and black powder coating, the over all design is extremely nice. I’m building a 22’ center console now, this video shows great professional craftsmanship of a T-top. Great job!

What kind of Bender is that
@ccsmallengines4 жыл бұрын
One shot bender. Designed for conduit and modified to not scratch the aluminum.

Seems to be alot of trade secrets in marine fabrication. I've talked to some fabricators, watch some KZbin video and look for tools in the background to find out how it's actually done.

@@ccsmallengines You can see the kinks in those hard bends, not made for anything more than 30 degrees. They should invest in tools made for the job like a JD2 bender made for up to 180 deg bends. I would be pissed if I paid for a t-top and had kinks in my tubing.

@@elementoutdoors2936 believe it or not, even Vikings towers have those "kinks"
@brownleevision2 жыл бұрын
@@elementoutdoors2936 100% wrong. I started with a JD2 that did nothing but scar the polished finish on anodized pipe and now use a 1 shot just like in this video and no issues. No scars and no kinks. Also definitely bends more than 30 degrees.
