I have the same thing as amperage and thickness of metal too but still making holes in my wels 😬 what is the problem . My inverter ?

My friend, observe two points. First, know that the smaller the angle of the electrode with the work surface, the less likely it is to get punctured. For example, a 45-degree angle is less likely to cause a puncture than a 90-degree angle, and secondly, reduce the amperage a little. and quickly remove the electrode from the work surface

@@b.p.rwebber8098 Dear friend, thank you for your opinion. You should keep in mind that we have used a 2.6 mm electrode, which is not suitable for an ampere less than 60.

@@b.p.rwebber8098 Yes, my dear friend, it is absolutely correct. Between 60 and 90 amps is a suitable range for a 2.6 mm electrode. Your welding method is also completely correct. Pay attention, I said in my explanation that less than 60 amps is not suitable because it does not melt the electrode well.
