Welding Turn Table Part 6

In this video Rob will embark on creating a welding turn table from things found lying around his garage and around the Longevity shop. In part one he will plasma cut rim to create a base for the turning mechanism. Also Rob will go over the theory of the creation of the welding turntable and how it will work. excellent re-starts as smooth and painless as possible.
Stick With Adjustable Arc Force
With Arc Force, you are able to adjust the inductance of
the arc for either a crisp arc or soft arc with a fluid puddle.
This will allow for greater control of your welding
parameters.

you should have bolted 4 -3/8" threaded studs to your channel put a 1/4 " plate on the nuts ran 4 nuts down on your 1/4 " plate to the height of your motor then cut your mount hole in that plate, this way you can adjust it to the height you need , and if you ever change any thing out you can re adjust it .. just a thought.. nice work
