They don't have whatsapp. Most Americans don't even know what whatsapp is. I'm graduating from this school in 4 weeks...been here for 6 months already. What questions do you have? I'll answer them for ya.

@@av8orCH-47 I am a qualified welder in my country! so i can work in the usa do i have to qualify ?

@@brunaogoncalves4209 the way the welding industry operates here is actually pretty simple. To answer your question directly, yes. You can absolutely weld here in America. Nobody cares where you are from if you can make a good weld. So, to get a welding job here, though, you will have to pass a certain weld test at a testing facility. For example, let's say you want a job at a ship yard where they build giant boats, like Ingall in Mississippi. They build all of our Navy ships. Let's also say that you are going to be welding pipes inside the big boat....so....to get the job, you will go to a test facility and do a 6G pipe weld test. If you pass the x-ray and/or bend test, or whichever test they use, then you are officially qualified to weld overhead, vertical and horizontal pipe (all positions). In other words, you can absolutely weld here. Depending on the job you apply for, you will take a particular weld test that covers all positions and processes you will use on that particular job. Does that make sense? So, if the job requires a tig root and a 7018 fill and cap, that's the test you will take. Every job as a welder here in America is considered temporary....that means that we test a lot and go from job to job. It's rare to have a 30 year career in one company. So, we do a lot of weld tests! Which is good news for you. All you need to do is pass a drug test, a background criminal history check, and a weld test for your skills. You'll be fine, brother. Come on over to the states and weld with us!

@@av8orCH-47 But how can I get a welding job in the USA! Here in my country this weak job in welding ... What is your contact so we can talk better . thanks for listening

@@brunaogoncalves4209 Pretty much in the USA they don't care where you're from. If you can pass the weld test you can get the job. Most jobs require experience before you can even get to the interview but if you have a few years you should be able to do great.
