I live in Parow. A lot of people complain about them. I feed a man with a dog on his cart. Always civil to me and first thing he brings,is his bucket for water. He feeds his horse,then I give him little odd jobs to do in my front garden, his dog gets fed on my veranda.There are a few in Parow who people complain about
