I'm so sorry about your gluten issue :( My boss has the same problem. It's not until you see someone struggle that you realise how much gluten is in everything. But hopefully, you have access to gluten-free soy sauce and bread like we do here! Happy reading. Working full time is rough x

Yeah I also didn't realise that in the beginning. Thankfully yes, I don't know what I would do without glute-free soy sauce.
