Hi Monroe I read the Attached book & watched a few KZbin vids onbthe subject. Just remember with everything else attachment styles is on a spectrum. And you're probably do have a secure attachment, but your avoidant partner triggered your anxiety. Btw, anxious & avoidants are drawn to each other in a push & pull type of dance. I just ended a 5-year relationship with someone who I believe is avoidant & I will never do it again. I liked the book & good luck in your dating journey.

HAPPY FALL SUNDAY IN NOVEMBER Monroe. WHEW! Way to take care of your health. We usually host for our immediate family, however, this year we will be hosting our daughter in laws side of the family; so I have been of course digging in every corner, I would do that anyway, however, when people come over for parties, Holidays, etc...I just do a whole deep clean all over again.
