This is the end of January , a tough month . February is equally the same into March and then things and catches will improve . Heading out to sea feels great , just the sea . Both pollock are taken at the same time , work that out . Those trips are hard , those are long paddle but well worth the effort . Check out those pollock . 62 cm and over lb5 . Belters

Aye and to think what the Clyde used to be like until the trawlers came in and wiped the place out of a fantastic fishery , I would love to see it like that again. 👍🎣

Wow some effort needed to get that far out Nico. Hard Work! Soul destroying when you are not catching for a while and then some beauties. Your reward for all the effort was delicious Chicken & potato soup made by The Wife😃Top entertainment as always Nico. Loved it. Cheers. Stoozer. 🤠

What happened to Glen's fish finder? Without it's a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack.

@@NicolasValentinScotland yes, you did, but finding a particular spot isn't as easy as when you have a finder. I've done it myself in the past, but I wasn't as far off shore with no land marks.

@@NicolasValentinScotland nice brother. I need to take a page out your book. Ive just always had bad circulation in my legs. Even when i was young at school they would make us sit on a hard floor and recite songs for plays and stuff and my legs would go completely dead. Guess i could up my fitness. Probably would help, wouldnt hurt. Do you think a sit on instead of a sit in kayak would help that? Thinkin of buying one either with peddles so keeps my legs moving. Sure that would make a big difference. Thanks for the reply nico. Was nice speaking to you last week. Sorry if i seemed off. I struggle with anxiety issues from my PTSD from an attack i got years ago. Struggle to get my words out when am like that. Cheers brother

If you want to fish from a kayak it has to be sit on top . If you capsize a sit in kayak you could lose a lot of gears . Plus re-entering a kayak is better if the whole unit floats . We enjoy the paddle kayak that way we can work the upper body plus the breathing . You can always talk to me in the shop some any advice if you need any about angling and kayaking . Don't worry about struggling , we all struggle in life . Life is not made to be easy . see soon again and thanks for your reply . topman @@OotnAbootFishin
