We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I don't care for the sink being in the island. Move the stove to the side where the long counter space is and then put the sink where the stove is. Instead of the two windows have one larger window over the sink. I like the colors in this home.

I have been watching both your channels for I don't know how long. I have never seen a house that I wouldn't have to revamp to suit me. This is a first. This is the first home you've shown that I could live in as shown. Not to say that there are 3 minor details I would change. 1. gas power. Heat, water and stove all gas. The heat vents I noticed were in the floor which is a must where I live. 2. Exchange the dining room windows for a sliding patio door. 3. Get rid of all the wire racks for wood shelves and rods. Beautiful kitchen and master bath. I really like the windows over the toilets. They even had a lit corner shelf in the master bath to hold a bar of soap. Finally a great house that's not overwhelming and a manageable size. I loved the colors inside and out and, what I consider, a manageable floor plan. Thank you.

I really like this house. The layout is intriguing especially with the large pantry. The only changes I'd make would be to tone down the modern look with some softer colors and then in the master closet add nice shelving and some built in areas or cabinets. Thanks for sharing with us Chance.

Lots of room for baking cookies in that kitchen! Plenty of drawers as well. LOVE that pantry!!! This is my kind of kitchen and pantry set up. The hooks and cubbies are nice and close to the door but in a different location than normal. It makes the house look more interesting and different than the usual ranch home. Seeing the vanities in the master bathroom literally made my jaw drop! Ykes more storage in there than I have things that would go into all those cupboards! Wow, I don't hear PA much on your channel. My brother lives in Shippenville I think. I love this house. I would have especially loved it back in the days when I had kids at home and could cook, which I pretty much can't anymore because of this arthritis.

I told ya before in another video that is called DuPont Corian nice standard finish or you can get a super lusterous high end polish and you can have a nice router bit edge to your choosing I delivered this product when I was a Semi Truck driver
