I had a pool table and had made a custom two pieces table top for when I needed a great dining table!! We had the best of both worlds!! No need to be without one or the other!! And everyone helped clear the dining table in anticipation of having pool games!!❤😊thanks Chance!

Since we always have large family gatherings I personally would use the family room (where pool table is) for a large dining room with the long farmhouse table and large china cabinet...particularly since there is no dining area other than the island... other than that it is a nice floorplan..

This rocks. We are looking at 1800 to 2000 sq ft. This is a perfect layout at 1600. Kudos to the designer who set it up for real people and not that "one day I'm going to have all my family over for dinner and i NEEEEED a dining room" crowd. (What a waste) More like this please.

This is a beautiful home! Love what they did with the microwave and coffee bar area. That pantry is awesome too. Just wish manufacturers would put an alcove in those tile showers for body wash and shampoo.

I like how everyone's saying the pool table and game stuff has to go as if it's mandatory that you use the rooms that way. It's going to be an empty house, you can put whatever you want in it. The floor plan and footage are shown right at the beginning.

I don't think many families use dining room tables much these days except for special meals. Plus that was just a game room set up for show. That's likely also able to be used for a dining area, since it's off the kitchen.

Love the pantry. 2 bedrooms are 10x10.3 not big enough for children or spare bedroom. But I truly love all the decor.

You get quite a bit our house at a low price point. That pantry with the coffee bar between the two doors was a nice touch. I also like that the stagers stepped outside the box to show you can design your living spaces to fit your life. Your home doesn't have to look like mom's to be a home :-)

That’s a game board computerized as a table top but it does work as a game as well. It’s nice home like mine almost identical except my kitchen is not along the back wall. It’s at one end right where the TV is like it’s worth that and on the other end, where the kitchen is is a fireplace in the family room. Thank you very much. I haven’t seen you in over a year and a half. I got deathly sick and almost died but thank you very much. It was a nice home and I appreciate it and I miss seeing your videos.

It’s DuPont Corian I use to deliver it when I drove Semi truck it comes with a standard finish or you can get It Pollished like a mirror and have any kind of edge on it

I really like this. However, i agree that definitely need a tub, and i would prefer it be in guest bathroom. Even though it's open floor plan, i like the fact you can't fully see into dining & den area. Everything isn't wide open, so to speak. Butcher block & size of island is very nice. Very nice home.

Hello Chance. Well a game room is fine except there's No Dining Room if you do that, or if you make that room into anything Except a Dining Room. And no dining room means No Place for Grandma's China Cabinet - which is a Deal Breaker for me!! I watched this part of the video again, and if we use this whole room as the Dining Room, I could put the China Cabinet on 2 different walks - so that would work. Just hate to use the entire room as a big dining room when we don't really need a big one! But eating at the bar would be very uncomfortable for me. I don't like Butler Pantries. I'd have to turn that part into part of the kitchen, more cabinets and counter space. The shelving part of the Pantry is great! The Utility room is okay; the Water Heater and Furnace and Attic access are All in there - no place for a freezer, but that could go in the Garage we'd build at that side door. But, there's No Tub in either bathroom! I'd need a Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo in the Master Bathroom. There might be enough space around the Commode area in there - couldn't really be sure. We'd probably option for a tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom too. Of course the guest bedrooms, (or in this case, the office and kids game room!), would be turned into my Library and Music, Studio and Office Rooms. It is a good video, Chance. Considering what the prices have been, this one isn't too bad. Later. God bless y'all.

If I didn't have these kids that house would be perfect for me. Having a couple kids I do appreciate that the two bedrooms are exactly the same. No arguing over who has a room that is 2 inches bigger or something. The pantry is great but there is no place for a freezer anywhere.
