Another good video steve, thanks. A few of my asian greens in the polytunnel have been eaten, like yours. Its not slugs, its tiny green caterpillars. Theyre hard to find. My sungold in the house are still fresh, im amazed at how long they keep. The green ones are now ripening up nicely. I'll let you know how they taste. Fingers crossed those napoli germinate well for you. All the best - Alison.

I looked this morning and almost every station is up, I only planted one seed too, so I was definitely relieved after your earlier warning

Just about to plan my allotment, what would you say is a good bed size ?
@SteveRichards5 сағат бұрын
There are three key things that I'd suggest considering. are you going to have beds with wooden (or similar) sides or just use raised soil. Assuming you are using wood, which is expensive, but makes life easy, then what size lumber do you have available, in my case I had 16' 6 by 1" and 14' 6 by 2" so I made my beds 8' long and 3'6" wide and that made best use of the planks. It works well for me. Then you will want some beds bigger than that probably, so make those beds 16' long and then any covers that you make will still fit. Always make everything a multiple of your basic size. There's much more in the basics section of my ebook steverichards.notion.site/The-basic-growing-skills-and-techniques-fabeb9d9ba5d4227a63226824a29ac82?pvs=4 : All the best - Steve
