I’m going to finish my fight with Paxton, one way or another and I’ll be able to hold my head up high, regardless of the outcome, which is more than most Republican Texans can say.
I’m obviously disappointed and admittedly, I’m taking this personally and I don’t care how many subs I lose by saying this. Y’all get what you deserve. I feel sorry for your kids. (I misspoke once in the video: Mark Tippetts is the libertarian candidate, not the Republican candidate, obviously).

All those politicians will just win election after election. America really needs to abolish all parties and make each candidate run on an individual platform. Almost everyone votes not for the candidate, but for the letter R or D. America needs to go back to our founding principles, live and let live. I believe in God myself but if someone else doesn't, that's not skin off my ass. I'm so damn tired of the same old thing every single election. Clearly it's not working.

That would be nice, and then have runoff styles, and instead of 2 people running for an office, we could have up to 8 or 10. Then have rounds of voting(eliminating the one who received the least votes every round) until one gets a true majority of 50%+

In my state, one of our government officials(US Senator) has gone off the deep end, and the only reason he is still in office(he won midterms) is because he had the R next to his name. I'm not too fond of it when people do not deviate from a straight party ticket. I'm a registered Republican just so I can get my voice heard in primaries, but people vote back in deadbeats just because they are a specific party. We had a decent official in the house, but he got voted out because he had the "D" next to his name.
