I just don’t understand why instead of nerfing the kar98 and Swiss. Why didn’t they just buff the other snipers to make them compete with the others. I agree sniping just isn’t as fun anymore. I was playing rebirth last night and headshot hitmarked someone 55 meters out and that’s when I took it off my class. I’ll just sweat with a sub/shotty, or ar/sub until they revert the changes

The Kar wasn’t a big problem. I swear they do weapon balancing based on what guns they got tracer packs for in the shop. For example, brand new guns come out… you have to play for hours and hours to unlock the gun and level it up to get the meta attachments… well if you pay $25 you can just have the new OP gun without working for it… fast forward a few weeks and that gun gets a nerf and new guns come out. The cycle continues. They have balancing so fucked up in Call of Duty it is a shameful mess. Nothing is play tested, nothing is balanced, it’s just purely a system of making huge profits for minimal effort and exploiting a very unintelligent fan base. It is not rocket science or anything they want to make money so they manipulate their weapon balancing, matchmaking, ect… to maximize profits. I truly believe with all my heart this is how they run their business model.

There’s a risk/reward to sniping. If you miss your shot (medium to close range) on the persons head you’re literally dead. Makes no sense to me why you would change that

The slider for individual sound effects is something that I've wanted since before they made the plane more quiet, I don't need to hear captian price screaming at me during the beginning of the game when someone is most likely landing on your or behind you, nor the explosions of air strikes in a building when it's not effecting me but I'm still in a gun fight and need to hear footsteps. The reason for all snipers is that if you hit just 1 gun at a time, then another gun just takes over the category and you’re back to square 1. If you’re able to “balance” everything at once then you won’t need to come back. As to if it’s all balanced or not, that’s subjective but that’s the idea.

The MW crossbow is good. One shot head shot. Also with explosive rounds its a one shot any range any wear in the body. If u get a head shot with explosive rounds it will knock them and then full kill them with the explosion. If they have 2 plates and full health it one shots with the bolt mid chest and up. Only down side is its bold velocity and one shot at a time.
