Glad to see Altered at the top. Every game i've played so far has been a ton of fun, and that's only with smaller demo decks. Can't wait to try bigger decks and to construct my own. The Reserve mechanism and the fact that you have to win a race instead of destroying your opponent are some of the factors i eager to receive my copy. :)

I wouldn't say I like sci-fi for games or shows with very little exception, but the Evacuation game is by a designer I really enjoy, and I like the theme, too! It's a cool idea to be trying to perform a rescue through basically disassembling what you have once you're in space to make it work different ways. I admire people who can do that...not in space, which would be really cool, but who can find hacks for one thing to be used for another...here on Earth...which is still pretty cool. ;) I've not watched the famous movie....that I can't remember the name of....mainly because when we lived with my in-laws years ago they watched it every night for at least two weeks, something my hub and I regularly kid them about. XD (We lived in the upstairs part of their house at the time.) ....It's Matt Damon, and Mars, and he has to use what he has to create survivable conditions on Mars for like six months or something.....if I were one of those cool people motivated to find new ways to use old inventions, I am sure I would have the verve to look it up..... ;) However, it's hard to watch anything suspenseful with a 2 month old constantly interrupting and his lullaby music spawning permanent earworms that make Cthulhu monsters look friendly. ...I need a hack for forgetting electronic kids music. ;)

releasing march 22, does this mean cmon dune is actually having a retail release or is this when kickstarters get their games? I would love to buy it but don’t do kickstarters.

From my understanding, based on a distributor's press release, March 22nd is the scheduled date for a retail release. But, as always, schedules or release plans may change. However, I'm hopeful! -Chaz
